Whiteley takes the reigns

Warren Whiteley resumes the captaincy of the Emirates Lions when they take on the Chiefs in the FMG Stadium in Waikato on Friday (09:35 SA time).
Whiteley returns seven weeks after suffering a pectoralis major muscle tear in the match against the Stormers in Cape Town. He joined the Lions on Sunday after passing a fitness test on Friday.
JUST IN– Emirates Lions wing, Courtnall Skosan, is heading back to South Africa due to family responsibilities.
Tyrone Green will join the team in New Zealand today.
The following additional changes have been made to the Emirates Lions side to take on the Chiefs:
• Sylvian Mahuza moves to right wing
• Andries Coetzee moves to fullback from the bench
• Ruan Combrinck moves onto the bench
