What does a normal day in lockdown look like?
A
We wake up with the kids, make breakfast and spend some time together before the day starts. I then head to gym for prehab and my gym programme. Lunch follows, and then I help out around the house before the video session with the team. In the afternoon I usually go for a run, after which is some quality family time again.

Favourite roommate on tour?
A
Wilhelm van der Sluys. He has a GREAT selection of music and some epic dance moves!

Favourite part of being a Lion?
A
There is a proper sense of belonging and great individuals who want the best for each other.

If you hadn’t become a professional rugby player, what would you have been?
A
I would really love to be a farmer.

A
Keith Richards from the Rolling Stones. He is a real rock star!
